Project Transformation - Dallas, TX

Dear Campus Ministers, Chaplains, and Staff,

We are seeking your best and brightest students to participate in an intense summer or year-round ministry exploration internship in Dallas, TX. Project Transformation is a Christian, nonprofit organization affiliated with the United Methodist Church that hires college-age young adults to 1) provide programs for inner-city children and youth, 2) explore various opportunities in lay and ordained ministry, and 3) live in Christian community, sharing together in meals, worship, and fellowship. Project Transformation offers these young adults an opportunity to serve others and gain a greater understanding of the needs of low-income communities, to deepen their faith, and to discern where God may be calling them through visits to different churches and Christian institutions.

You play a vital role in helping to identify, recruit, and nurture young adults into Christian ministry and service. As you know, college students are making pivotal decisions about their futures while in school, and they need to know more about the Christian ministries that are available to them. I hope you will take an opportunity to encourage your students to consider an internship with Project Transformation as a way to discern God’s call on their lives.

Attached is a recruitment flier that you can hand out to students and post on campus bulletin boards. Applications are due March 15, 2008.

More information, videos and applications can be found on our website at: www.projecttransformation.org, and feel free to contact me at 214-946-3600 with any questions.

God bless you in your ministry,
